Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Branch Supervisor based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. You will lead a team: manage schedules, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and oversee training and onboarding. Ensure excellent patient service, resolve complaints, and represent the center to clients. Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, accurate inventory, and compliance with company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. This in-person role offers paid training and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
