Job Description

Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things seeks a full-time Team Leader at Festival Mall to deliver the “Best Tasting, Most Enjoyable Flavor Experience, Any Day of the Week.” Lead daily dining and kitchen operations, manage inventory and food/labor costs, ensure excellent customer service, support sales and profit targets, train and motivate staff, delegate tasks, conduct quarterly evaluations, and enforce MIC leadership disciplines (Pre-shift, On-Floor, Post-Shift). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2 years’ Team Leader experience preferred; English preferred. Benefits include paid training and pay raises. Work location: in person.
