Job Description
Sapient Global – BPO Careers is mass hiring E-commerce Chat Support Agents across Metro Manila. ONE-DAY HIRING and open to applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities include answering product and order inquiries, handling shipping, returns and refunds, monitoring order status, proactively updating customers, tracking feedback, and staying current with platform changes. We offer up to Php28,00/month, Php30,00 signing bonus, 13th & 14th month pay, HMO on day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonuses, flexible shifts, night differential, weekends off, fast-track career growth, and pioneer non-voice accounts. Full-time, permanent, in-person role.
