Job Description
Full-time role: identify and approach clients (offices, buildings, warehouses, commercial sites); present maintenance services; prepare and follow up quotations; coordinate site visits with operations; maintain relationships; meet sales targets; update records. Qualifications: college level, sales experience (facilities, construction, services preferred), strong communication and negotiation, willing to work in the field, basic maintenance knowledge a plus. Pay Php18,500–20,00/month. Benefits: life insurance, paid training, transport service, raises, promotion to permanent staff, career growth. In-person.
