Job Description
Sapient Global Hiring Hub is URGENTLY hiring Flight Ticketing Assistants for onsite roles in Metro Manila. Join our fast-paced call center supporting airline ticketing: resolve customer inquiries and complaints, process bookings and orders, update accurate records, escalate issues, and stay current on policies. We offer fixed weekends off, competitive salary (Php17,00–25,00/month), monthly commissions, HMO with two dependents from day one, paid leaves, OT and holiday pay, 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, free coffee, incentives, and fast-track career growth. Positions are full-time, permanent, open to fresh graduates. Non-voice and easy accounts available; paid training provided. Onsite work only.
