Job Description
We are seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to manage residential and commercial leasing activities. Responsibilities include marketing listings, conducting property showings, qualifying applicants, negotiating lease terms, preparing lease documentation, and coordinating move-ins/inspections. The ideal candidate has 2+ years leasing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of local market trends, tenant screening and property management systems, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in real estate or related field preferred. Ability to meet targets, work independently, and provide excellent customer service required.
