Job Description
The Store Head leads daily store operations, drives sales, and ensures excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory control, visual merchandising, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining store standards and safety. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership, budgeting and analytical skills, and the ability to motivate teams to meet targets. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with POS systems are required. A degree in business or related field is preferred. We seek a proactive leader focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
