Join Sperry as a Store Supervisor responsible for store operations, manpower management and meeting brand sales quotas. You will implement sales strategies, analyze and resolve sales issues, manage customer service and conduct daily team briefings to drive performance. Coordinate stock requests with brand coordinators, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and ensure standard store operations. Requirements: four‑year degree, minimum 3 years retail sales or store management experience, strong analytical, people‑management and customer‑service skills, MS Office proficiency and a positive demeanor. Store schedule: 6 days/week. Full‑time, Php18,00–20,00/month; benefits include employee discount, company events and Christmas gift. Walk‑ins welcome at any Sperry store nationwide.
