The role involves diagnosing simple and complex product malfunctions, performing on-site troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and providing professional customer service during field visits. Applicants should have practical knowledge of HVLS and HVAC operation and maintenance, strong analytical skills for fault analysis, and clear communication skills to explain technical solutions. This is an in-person position requiring travel to client sites.
