Job Description
As a Field Sales Agent (Microfinance), you will promote and enroll clients in microloan and savings products, conduct field visits, assess customer needs, collect documentation, and ensure compliance with lending policies. You will build relationships with local communities, meet sales targets, and coordinate with branch staff to support loan disbursement and repayment monitoring. Required: strong communication skills, basic financial literacy, willingness to travel, and at least a high school diploma. Prior microfinance or sales experience is a plus.
