Job Description
We seek a Plant Manager for Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. to lead daily production in Davao City. Responsibilities: manage operations, implement policies, monitor KPIs, drive lean/continuous improvement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee maintenance, control budgets, mentor staff, and implement sustainability initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Food Technology/Engineering or equivalent, minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in multinational/local firms or pharmaceuticals, strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality standards familiarity.
