Job Description
The Reservation and Revenue Specialist manages reservations, optimizes room rates and inventory, and maximizes revenue through daily yield management. Responsibilities include handling bookings, coordinating with front desk and sales, monitoring market trends, updating rate plans, preparing performance reports, and implementing revenue strategies. Candidate should have 1–3 years of hospitality or reservation experience, strong Excel and RMS knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English. Ability to work flexible hours and prioritize tasks required. Familiarity with PMS/Channel Manager and revenue management techniques preferred.
