Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy seeks a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an in-person, full-time role. Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO preferred), fluent Mandarin (spoken and written), proficient English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer and typing ability, and flexibility for shifting schedules including weekends and holidays. Salary up to Php95,00/month with paid training provided. Ideal applicants will handle Mandarin and English inquiries professionally, resolve customer concerns, and support team operations in a fast-paced environment.
