Job Description
Seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and boost team performance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, inventory control, visual merchandising, customer service excellence, budgeting, and reporting. Candidate must have 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Degree or equivalent preferred.
