Job Description
Role Overview: As an Order and Logistics Process Associate, you will be responsible for order processing, validation, modification, and cancellation. You will identify exceptions and provide resolutions to various issues.
General Responsibilities:
You will manage transactions and generate outputs in these areas:
- Receive orders from various sources
- Create and validate orders
- Modify or cancel orders as needed
- Process orders efficiently
- Create delivery and shipment documents
- Archive and retrieve documents
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with a background in Business and Finance, along with at least 1.5 years of experience in order and logistics.
