Job Description
Hiring: Talent Acquisition Associate at Crystal Image Paper Marketing Corporation. Full-time, in-person role (Php20,00–Php22,00/month). You will manage the full recruitment cycle, screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews with Department Heads and the General Manager, prepare compliant job offers and onboarding documents, maintain recruitment trackers and reports, identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, ensure confidentiality of candidate data, and facilitate employee clearance and offboarding paperwork.
