Job Description
Blue Star Entertainment Inc. seeks an Operations Training Supervisor to lead on-site training and supervision for TikTok account teams. You will design and deliver training programs, coach staff to meet performance targets, maintain organized workflows, and improve account management. The role requires resilience under pressure, professional conflict resolution, clear communication with team and management, and continuous identification of operational improvements to align with company goals. Requirements: minimum 6 months supervisory/training experience (operations or hosting preferred), strong problem-solving, excellent verbal/written communication, stress management, and a proactive, goal-oriented attitude. Full-time; Salary Php30,00–Php35,00 per month; Work location: on-site.
