Job Description
Elevated Plus Inc. seeks a CSR—Bilingual (Spanish & English), project-based, full-time in Makati City. Earn Php50,00/month. You will handle inbound calls, video calls, and service inquiries; record customer data in our database; follow communication procedures and policies; and engage clients professionally and empathetically. Must work US hours and be available on-site in Makati. BPO experience preferred. Strong verbal communication in English and Spanish and excellent organizational skills are required. Reliable commute or planned relocation to Makati before start is preferred. Work location: in person.
