Job Description
The Growth Lead will design and execute user acquisition and retention strategies for the Philippines market. You will analyze data, run experiments, optimize funnels, build partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to meet KPIs. Ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in performance marketing and product-led growth, plus deep local market insight. Responsibilities include campaign planning, A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and reporting to senior management.
