Job Description
Lead operations for MTC Ads and General Merchandise: direct and monitor employees, allocate resources, create schedules, and implement procedures. Oversee daily activities, approve stock requisitions, prepare internal job orders, supervise site visits, liaise with clients, and manage installations. Ensure QA/QC for each project, monitor equipment maintenance, check supply availability before production, provide regular employee feedback, and support staff development and succession planning. Maintain effective internal and external relationships, report operational updates to the General Manager, and coordinate escalation for design, production, or fabrication decisions. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Benefits: on-site parking and pay raises.
