Aguila Auto Glass seeks a full-time Store Supervisor in Laguna to lead retail staff, ensure smooth store operations, and meet financial targets. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, Management, Marketing or related, plus minimum 3 years in retail/general sales and at least 1 year supervising. Key skills: customer service, people leadership, strategic sales direction, strong communication and decision-making, and MS Office proficiency.
