Job Description
Join UPS as a Finance Collection Representative (Advance Operations Center). You will contact Australian customers to collect import taxes prior to delivery, issue tax invoices, verify account holders, monitor COD volumes (target ~45 COD releases/day), and coordinate with AU Border Clearance, Operations, and Finance on customs and collection issues. Ideal candidates have international shipping experience, basic MS Office skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently.
