Job Description
Join Accion Labs PH as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Responsibilities: analyze payroll requirements, design and configure Employee Central Payroll, implement and test payroll processes (wage types, deductions), troubleshoot issues, guide system deployment and integrations, ensure statutory compliance, and train end users. Qualifications: 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience, proficient in EC master data and EC–ECP integrations, SF EC and ECP certified, strong US/global payroll knowledge. Full-time, permanent; Php90,00–120,00/month. Benefits: health and life insurance, paid training, paid leave, promotion opportunities, company events, discounts, parking. Work location: hybrid remote in Quezon City.
