Join Virlux Innovations International Corp as a Roving Sales Supervisor. You will ensure operational excellence across multiple Luzon sites by visiting branches, coaching staff, enforcing standards, handling escalated customer issues, supporting new or underperforming stores, auditing inventory and cleanliness, and coordinating events. You will train hires, manage calendars, prepare sales reports and track performance metrics. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years as team leader/coordinator, retail apparel/accessories experience, strong leadership and communication, MS Office skills, willingness to travel within Luzon; office days in Taguig twice weekly. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php25,00–30,00/month. Benefits include employee discount, health insurance, paid training and raises.
