Job Description
Join KGO ENTERPRISES INC. as a Sales Staff, acting as the bridge between customers and the company. Responsibilities include answering inquiries by phone, email and chat; resolving complaints; maintaining accurate records and customer accounts; arranging product replacements; providing product information; upselling when appropriate; and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications: degree in Business, Marketing or related field (fresh graduates welcome), proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent English communication, high accuracy and attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php13,260/month. Benefits: company gift, events, free on-site parking. Work Location: In person. Preferred language: English.
