Job Description
Direct hiring for a permanent Field Sales Agent (Field Sales Representative/Loan Officer) covering Calauan, Nagcarlan, Calamba (Laguna), Capas (Tarlac), Castillejos (Zambales) and Mexico (Pampanga). Must have strong communication and negotiation skills, be goal-driven, confident and professional. Duties: form and motivate client groups, provide and manage loans, handle disbursements, collections, documentation, weekly center meetings and orientations, and maintain client relationships.
