Job Description
Join Sapient Global Services in Alabang as an Entry-Level Online Ticketing Agent. We offer competitive pay up to Php30,00/month, HMO from day one, performance incentives, allowances and bonuses. This full-time, permanent role welcomes fresh graduates, HS graduates or college undergrads; on-site work and interview required. You will resolve customer inquiries and complaints, update records, perform basic troubleshooting and contribute to a collaborative team.
