Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks an Operations Assistant to provide administrative support onsite at a designated mall location. Candidates should be business graduates or related fields; mall or hotel experience preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and critical-thinking skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and willingness to work six days a week during mall operating hours. Responsibilities include attending to tenant and customer concerns, screening calls, verifying mall billings, coordinating with departments to prepare and process documents, maintaining paper and electronic files, and drafting correspondence. Reliable multitasking and professionalism required.
