Job Description
Hotel Carrera seeks a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties include welcoming and directing guests, notifying staff of arrivals, maintaining security and telecommunications systems, answering or referring inquiries, and managing employee and department directories. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication, customer-service skills, multitasking and prioritization, trustworthiness, familiarity with Microsoft Office, problem-resolution ability, capacity to work under pressure, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. Salary: Php27,00.00 per month. Interested applicants should prepare a CV and cover letter.
