Job Description
We are hiring a Full-time Game Master (Non-Voice) for IGG Philippines Corp., onsite in Pasig City. Responsibilities include chat, ticket, and email support for online games, working rotating shifts (day–afternoon–night). Candidates with or without experience are welcome; customer service or gaming experience is an advantage. Requirements: strong verbal and written communication, strong analytic and comprehension skills, computer literate with MS Office, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision, passionate about online games preferred.
