Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Sales Representative with car/motor dealer sales experience and a pleasing, customer-focused personality. Required: sales background, Business degree, minimum height 5’2″, strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, reliability under pressure, and basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email). Responsibilities include understanding vehicle features, qualifying and matching buyers to cars, demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives, explaining warranties and services, negotiating and closing sales, completing sales reports, assisting showroom setup, and maintaining customer relationships through follow-ups and trade-in suggestions. Commitment to continuous learning and enhancing dealership reputation is essential.
