Job Description
We seek a Talent & Organisational Development Manager to lead workforce planning, L&D, performance management and culture. Design talent strategies, coaching, leadership development, succession planning and change management. Manage learning frameworks, assess needs, measure impact, and partner with HR and leaders. Require 5+ years in talent/OD, strong project management, facilitation, data-driven evaluation, excellent communication, LMS and competency framework experience, and stakeholder influence to drive change.
