Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant – Accounts Receivable to manage invoicing, post customer payments, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing. Responsibilities include preparing customer statements, following up on overdue balances, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate AR records. Candidate should have an accounting diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years AR experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
