Job Description
McAsia Food Trade Corporation seeks a Food Production Supervisor to lead and mentor a production team. You will manage schedules and budgets, enforce safety, maintain quality through control procedures, optimize processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs, and oversee inventory to meet demand. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field, strong leadership and team-management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making, ability to read and interpret production schedules, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, in-person role offering Php28,00–35,00/month with promotion to permanent employment.
