Job Description
Kickstarters Virtual Assistance seeks an Accounting Assistant – AP and Procurement (Part-time, Mon–Fri 9:00–15:00, follows Singapore holidays). Pampanga-area residents only. Long-term remote role; candidates must have ≥5 years accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree, own reliable PC (i5 or equivalent, ≥8GB RAM) and stable internet. Responsibilities: invoice/payment processing, batch supplier payments, AP aging monitoring, local/import orders, monthly stock updates, and liaising with warehouse, suppliers and stores. Pay from Php15,00/month. Benefits: additional leave, paid training, events, holiday gift, pay raises, WFH. Please confirm device specs and internet max Mbps in your application. Work location: Remote.
