Job Description
We are seeking an organized HR & Finance Coordinator to support recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and general ledger tasks. You will handle invoices, expense reports, petty cash, monthly reconciliations, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting. On the HR side you will coordinate interviews, maintain personnel records, ensure policy compliance, and support employee relations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or related field, 2+ years combined HR/finance experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, strong communication and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality is essential.
