Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and assist the Head Chef in daily service, menu execution, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, maintaining quality and safety standards, training junior cooks, managing inventory and cost control, and contributing to menu development. Requirements: culinary diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 years in a supervisory kitchen role, strong leadership, knowledge of HACCP and food safety, ability to work flexible shifts under pressure, and good communication skills.
