Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. You will supervise daily food production, train and schedule line cooks, maintain quality control and portion consistency, manage inventory and supplier orders, and enforce hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a culinary diploma, at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, strong leadership, cost-awareness, menu development skills, and excellent time management.
