OGIS Philippines seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage training that develops skills, performance, and career growth. Responsibilities include needs analysis, instructional design for e-learning and workshops, program delivery and LMS management, project coordination, evaluation of training impact, and stakeholder collaboration with HR and leaders. Required skills: excellent communication and presentation, strong organization and project management, knowledge of adult learning and instructional design, tech adaptability, and ability to work with diverse audiences.
