Job Description
Branch Manager oversees day-to-day store operations at Teriyaki Boy Group Inc, planning, organizing and leading teams to meet sales and profitability targets. You will mobilize staff, systems and processes to uphold quality standards, drive customer service excellence and ensure in-person store performance. This full-time, permanent position offers Php29,00–Php30,00/month. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years supervising experience and 4 years in food service, fluent in English and Tagalog. The ideal candidate shows strong leadership, operational discipline and a track record of improving store results.
