ARC PH BPO seeks a Spanish Bilingual Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional guest support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities: handle inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate arrivals/departures and special requests, maintain records, and provide Spanish-English translation. Requirements: fluency in English and Spanish, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking in a fast-paced remote environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
