Job Description
We seek a Sales and Activation Specialist for racing events to generate sponsorship revenue and deliver memorable on-site experiences. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing sponsors, designing activation concepts and budgets, coordinating logistics and vendors, managing on-site activation and staff, and reporting ROI. Candidate should have 2+ years in sales or event activation (motorsport preferred), excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong project management, and willingness to travel and work weekends. Must be organized, decisive, and able to work under pressure.
