Job Description

Assist Theater Manager in daily cinema operations: oversee Snack Bar, cash handling, inventory control, petty cash, deposits, sales reconciliation and reporting. Manage staffing, schedules, recruitment, training, payroll DTR validation, and timely SS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG contributions. Require Bachelor’s in Business/Management/Hospitality/Accounting or related, plus 2+ years supervisory experience in cinema, retail, or hospitality. Full-time, in-person.
