Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Site and Delivery Leader
In this role, the Site and Delivery Leader provide leadership for the organization, overseeing operations, strategic execution, and client engagement. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, manages stakeholder expectations, and represents DTAI across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Genpact Philippines Data Technology and AI (DTAI) Site Leader

o Leadership and Team Management
 Team Leadership: Provide direction and support to the teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
 Talent Development: Focus on developing the skills and capabilities of the teams through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
 Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving conflicts within the teams.

o Operational Management
 Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet operational needs.
 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
 Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and safety standards

o Strategic Planning and Execution
 Goal Setting: Set strategic goals aligned with the organization’s objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
 Performance Monitoring: Regularly assessing site performance against targets.
 Innovation Encouragement: Encouraging innovative solutions and approaches within the site.

o Client and Stakeholder Interaction
 Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding site operations and progress.
 Expectation Management: Managing client expectations.
 Feedback Incorporation: Gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to help in making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery.
o Administration and Others
 Represent the DTAI business in Genpact Philippines management meetings
 Review and Approve Compensation and Benefits for DTAI resources
 Primary escalation for People, IT and Infra/logistics Issues
 Conduct monthly account leads meeting
 Conduct monthly Business and Functions Review
 Primary contact for new opportunities / business outside BAU
 Promote Philippines site and capability to both internal / external stakeholders via regular updates and communications

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in fields like business administration, information technology, or engineering.
• Project Management Experience, preferably in Financial Services
• Strong Leadership Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Time Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master’s degree in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Agile Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
