Responsibilities
- Data entry of customer orders
- Assisting customers by email and phone
- Daily driver scheduling and allocation of jobs
- Maintaining customer documents
- Accounts Receivables receipting
- Entering and reconciliation of supplier accounts payable
- Entering and reconciliation of customer accounts receivable
- Data entry of bank transactions and bank reconciliation
- Month end journal entries, such as accruals and prepayments adjustments
- Preparation of weekly payroll (30 employees)
Requirements:
- With atleast 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in Reckon and/or MYOB is preferred
- Experience in scheduling /dispatch highly desirable
- High level computer literacy and understanding of systems/databases
- Strong customer service and data entry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and anticipate needs
- Ability to pivot and reorganize priorities based on daily activities
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: Hybrid
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm fixed start time, should complete nine (9) hours work
