Responsibilities

  • Data entry of customer orders
  • Assisting customers by email and phone
  • Daily driver scheduling and allocation of jobs
  • Maintaining customer documents
  • Accounts Receivables receipting
  • Entering and reconciliation of supplier accounts payable
  • Entering and reconciliation of customer accounts receivable
  • Data entry of bank transactions and bank reconciliation
  • Month end journal entries, such as accruals and prepayments adjustments
  • Preparation of weekly payroll (30 employees)

Requirements:

  • With atleast 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in Reckon and/or MYOB is preferred
  • Experience in scheduling /dispatch highly desirable
  • High level computer literacy and understanding of systems/databases
  • Strong customer service and data entry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and anticipate needs
  • Ability to pivot and reorganize priorities based on daily activities

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: Hybrid
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm fixed start time, should complete nine (9) hours work
