Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We need experienced Call Center Agents for work on-site.
The role will involve, but is not limited to
- Receive inbound work by various methods (phone, email, electronic) and process to ensure jobs are accurately and efficiently booked
- Receive inbound questions about products and provide accurate information and where possible convert to a booking
- Place outbound follow-up calls to customers to confirm booking details
- Complete administration (such as “Posting Invoices”) as per relevant policy/procedure
- Complete other duties as directed by the Call Center Manager
Sales
- Place outbound calls to previous customers to speak about product/sales options
- Identify up-sell opportunities and close sales whilst speaking with customers
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on site
- With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills and experience delivering strong customer service via e-mail and phone
- Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet targets
- With basic Microsoft Excel Experience
- Computer Savvy
