About the Role

We are looking for a Modern Trade Specialist to help grow our business in supermarkets, retail chains, and other modern trade channels. This role ensures our health and beauty products are well-placed, promoted, and performing in stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket and retail partners.
• Ensure products are displayed properly and always in stock.
• Negotiate promotions, discounts, and shelf space to boost sales.
• Track sales performance and suggest ways to improve results.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or trade marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with numbers.
• Willing to visit stores regularly to check product performance.
