Job Description
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team in achieving performance goals and ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency. This role involves scheduling, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and team development.
The ideal candidate for the role is a graduate of any 4-years degree. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in warehousing and logistics. With good interpersonal and leadership skills.
