Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all exhibition display activities, including layout execution, sorting, and initial verification of exhibition photos to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive archives for all specialty stores and Key Accounts (KA), covering display materials, sample machines, store personnel records, store lease contracts, and demo and marketing materials borrowing agreements.
• Manage the lifecycle of all sample machines across specialty stores, Key Accounts (KA), kiosks, marketing events, and live-streaming platforms, ensuring proper tracking and utilization.
• Supervise the inventory and deployment of all display materials, guaranteeing timely availability and alignment with merchandising standards.
• Maintain store facilities and actively coordinate with contractors for renovation or repair issues, ensuring all maintenance work is completed within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or trade marketing.
• Background in managing Key Accounts (KA) and specialty stores is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and archiving skills for managing display materials and demo units.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple locations.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with inventory management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with store personnel and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations nationwide.
• Knowledge of local retail trends and merchandising standards in the Philippines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
