Job Description

Job Overview

VOIP – Basic Technical Support

Provides support to individual residential customers by addressing concerns related to home phone services and devices, ensuring a seamless and reliable communication experience.

This is an inbound account that delivers customer service and basic technical support for VOIP users. Upselling to existing customers is an integral part of customer interactions.

VOIP – Advanced (Hardcore) Technical Support

Supports small to medium-sized business customers by providing advanced technical assistance for business phone systems. The role focuses on maintaining smooth operations and minimizing service disruptions.

This is an inbound account offering customer service and technical support for VOIP services. Upselling to existing customers is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of technical or telecommunications experience in the BPO industry
  • Completed at least 2 years of college
  • Good communications Skills
  • Willing and able to work onsite in Araneta, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
